Inspector’s notes

- Establishment still operates and stores the mobile bar on carpeted flooring in the basement. Informed the MOD they MUST operate and store the mobile bar equipment (ice bins, handwash, etc.) on smooth and cleanable surfaces (tiles, hard and washable mats, etc.) - The basement dry storage ceiling has exposed pipes that may pose contamination risks. Informed the MOD they need to install approved finishes or enclosures to protect stored food.

In plain English

Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
