EMPLOYEE COULD NOT PRODUCE ILLNESS LOG UPON REQUEST. WHOLE FOODS STORE MANAGEMENT HAD TO FIND THE EMPLOYEE ILLNESS LOG FOR THE MANAGER OF SUSHI DEPARTMENT. SUSHI LICENSE PIC SHOULD BE AWARE OF EMPLOYEE ILLNESS LOG AND BE UTILIZING IT DURING REGULAR BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
