Observed styrofoam containers to be used for takeout orders. Styrofoam is not allowed under the Green-to-Go ordinance. Information on the Green-to-Go ordinance will be included in this report. Make sure all takeout containers are recyclable, as required by the Green-to-Go ordinance.

Inspector’s notes
Observed cooked chicken and cooked beef in the low cooler to be at temperatures of 45 and 47 degrees F. Person-in-Charge change the temperature setting in the cooler. Inspector reverified temperatures of food products about 1 hour later at 41 degrees F. Make sure that cold TCS foods are kept at temperatures of 41 degrees F or below.

Observed the sanitizer bucket to be at a concentration of over 200 ppm chlorine. Bucket was diluted during inspection and reverified at 200 ppm chlorine. Keep chlorine sanitizer concentration at 50-200 ppm.
