Official wording
Doors and windows for all outside openings should be self-closing and tight-fitting. Seal openings along the outside of the building.
Inspector’s notes
The outside door was propped open and when closed had a very large opening on the top and an opening on the bottom, which can allow the entry of flies, mice and other pests. The door should be kept closed and if a screen door should be tightly sealed with a door sweep.
