During inspection, operator provided inspector with contact info for baker who provides baked goods for resale on site. Document given to inspector was a cottage food registration card. Inspector was unable to verify if cottage food producer holds any other license that would allow them to wholesale their products. Discussed with operator. Either provide documentation that these baked goods are produced in a licensed and inspected kitchen, or discontinue sourcing food from this unapproved source. Contact inspector with questions.
