7-201.11; Priority; Soap and oven cleaner were stored above pizza crusts and single use food containers. Store toxic materials to avoid contamination of food; equipment; utensils; linens; and single-service/use items. CDI-Cleaning products were moved to a lower shelf away from food. 7-204.11; Priority; One container of quaternary ammonium solution labeled as sanitizer measured above 500ppm. PIC stated this product is only used on non food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer at correct concentrations; diluting as required. Quaternary ammonium sanitizer must measure 200-400ppm. CDI-Spray bottle was moved into chemical closet; and will not be stored in food stand area. Product was relabeled as a cleaner. Recommend a note on bottle reminding employees to only use this product to clean tables/handles/ multi use surfaces that are not used for food storage or preparation.

4-501.114; The sanitizer solution dispensed at the 3-compartment sink contained no measurable quaternary ammonium. Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. CDI-Diversey was contacted to service the dispenser. Solution measured 200 ppm.
