3-603.11 Consumption of Animal Foods that are Raw; Undercooked; or Not Otherwise Processed to Eliminate Pathogens (Pf); Consumer advisory had a proper reminder; but did not have a disclosure statement that shows customers that marked foods may be cooked to order. This is required as a part of the consumer advisory. VE- EHS returning in 10 days to ensure consumer advisory has been edited.

7-102.11 Common Name - Working Containers (Pf); Two bottles of disinfectant were not properly labeled (one bottle was labeled as sanitizer and the other had no label). Poisonous or toxic materials shall be labeled with their common name. CDI- Bottles were labeled during the inspection. 7-201.11 Separation - Storage (P); Bottle of butane was being stored above a prep top unit. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored in an area that prevents potential contamination of food or clean equipment. CDI- Butane was relocated.

6-501.111 Controlling Pests (Pf); Several live flies were observed in the kitchen area. The premises shall be maintained free of insects and other pests. EHS recommends increased pest control for warmer months.
