4-501.114(C); Priority; When tested during the inspection; the concentration of the QT sanitizing solution was at a concentration of less than 150ppm which is too low for this type of sanitizer. A quaternary ammonium sanitizer shall have a minimum concentration of 200ppm not to exceed 400ppm; per manufacturer's label instructions. CDI - Solution was drained and new solution was mixed and tested to be within range. REHS recommends draining sanitizing solution if dishes are not actively being cleaned to prevent use of sanitizers at too low of a concentration.
