2-103.11(A-P) - PIC Duties - Pf Increased manager-knowledge of illness reporting requirement and action to take when employee reports illness or symptoms is needed. Teach managers where to find guidance on action to taken when symptoms are reported by employees. Assure manager understands how to implement illness reporting requirements when needed. . . Sanitizer testing methods should also be familiar to managers. Use test strips regularly and have concentration adjusted if needed. We worked on these things during today's inspection.

4-202.16 Several particle-board type clipboards in the kitchen food area are in poor condition; deteriorating; not clean and not cleanable. Nonfood Contact Surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Replace the clipboards with clean and cleanable clipboards. One was located to rotate into the kitchen today.
