3-304.14 Wiping Cloths; Use Limitation - Nearly undetectable level of sanitizer in the towel bucket. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in sanitizer and laundered daily. Sanitizer dispensing from the sink is also extremely weak; nearly undetectable. Manager worked with the dispensing tube under the sink and sanitizer is now dispensing. Towel buckets were replaced.

4-501.14 Warewashing Equipment; Cleaning Frequency (C) Interior and exterior of the dishmachine are not clean. Sanitizer and detergent dispenser and tubes above the sanitizing compartment of the sink are soiled with black build-up. Back splash of the ware washing sink is not clean. Maintain these items associated with ware washing clean. Chemical dispensing tubes may need to be replaced.
