Multiuse FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES shall be: SMOOTH; Free of breaks; open seams; cracks; chips; inclusions; pits; and similar imperfections; and Free of sharp internal angles; corners; and crevices. CDI- Damaged dispenser ring discarded by PIC during inspection; replaced with intact unit.
