3-304.12 (A & C); A knife was stored in between the lids of the prep cooler and a portion cup was stored in a containers of chilies. In-use utensils in TCS food; must be stored with handles above the food and top of the food container or on a clean portion of the food preparation table or cooking equipment. CDI- Portion cup and knife were removed.
