4-601.11 (A); Priority Foundation; Observed a few serving containers that were greasy to touch or had some dried-on food debris. Equipment contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. CDI- Manager removed all soiled equipment and moved to dish area for further washing; rinsing; and sanitizing.

3-304.14; Core; K-9 Sanitizer is less than 50ppm of chlorine for the wiping cloth bucket for the milkshake unit. Chlorine sanitizer shall be mixed to 50-200ppm of chlorine. The sanitizer was remixed to the correct concentration.

Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Advised person in charge to clean this area where accumulation is present. 6-201.11 Floors; Walls and Ceilings - Cleanability (C)- The seal between the rubber floor covers has broken; thus allowing water to pool underneath and produce a strong pungent odor throughout the prep kitchen area. Have seals replaced for rubber floors.
