3-305.12; Core; The ceiling in the meat cutting room has a significant build up of condensation. The condensers in the walk in cooler have dripping ice on them. Food was stored under these condensers; and is cut and packaged under the dripping ceiling. Food may not be stored in locker rooms; toilet rooms; dressing rooms; garbage rooms; mechanical rooms; under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips; under leaking water lines; under open stairwells; or under other sources of contamination. This issue has a work order in for repair and cleaning.

Equipment must be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace above items.
