4-602.13; Core; Ice build up in walk in freezer; which is starting to accumulation on outsides of boxes. Advised PIC to clean and have freezer assessed to ensure repairs are not needed. Nonfood contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
