Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired; if it has not been labeled; or if the label is incorrect. Ready-to-eat; TCS foods shall be date marked once thawed and opened from a commercial package and kept no longer than 7 days. The day of thawing and opening counts as day 1. CDI- dates known and corrected. No points taken

Store single-use and single-service articles in a clean; dry location; where they are not exposed to splash; dust; or other contamination; and at least 6 inches above the floor. CDI- boxes moved off the floor. Store accordingly.
