4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - Noted hot hold cabinet on the far right hand side is malfunctioning. Also noted the hot hold steam well on the make line is no longer working. Person in charge has placed a work order for both units. All equipment must be maintained in good repair. Technician must maintain equipment in good repair and follow-up on all work orders submitted.
