Manager has entered a work order on the school Maximo system for maintenance to fix the leak and has spoken with Maximo multiple times regarding this issue. Additionally; the hood is in disrepair and is not functioning as intended. A work order has been placed for the hood as well. Equipment shall be in good repair and proper adjustment. Repair walk-in freezer leak and hood system.

Store as much food product as possible away from where the leaks fall. Manager has entered a work order on the school Maximo system for maintenance to fix the leak. The manager is also keeping pans beneath the leaks to try to prevent spillage on the food product beneath.
