3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; Temperature control for safety foods such as boiled eggs on display and items in reach in cooler (butter; yogurt; 1% milk; 2% milk and cream cheese) observd at 45 F. Temperature control for safety foods shall be maintained at 41 F or less. Corrected During Inspection - PIC stated the cooler would be evaluated to ensure coils are clean; freon is supplied and temperature is set to maintain 41 F or less at all times. Reach in cooler was fully stocked as well; so it is possible that the air flow was not circulating properly. Advised PIC to empty reach in cooler and store items in working refrigeration unit it can be adjusted and/or repaired. Facility also has a Time as a Public Health Control policy for boiled eggs on display; but this item was not time stamped during inspection.
