3-304.14 Wiping Cloths; Use Limitations (C) Chlorine concentration in wiping cloth bucket was maintained below 50 PPM. Chlorine sanitizer shall be maintained at 50-200 PPM. Ensure buckets are maintained at the correct concentrations.
