3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. There was no quat residual in the sanitizer buckets. An employee had attached soap to the sanitizer line instead of quat. CDI - The soap bucket was removed and replaced with sanitizer. Old solution was dumped from sanitizer buckets and they were filled with freshly made sanitizer.
