The person in charge (PIC) provided the date of incoming receipt today; 6/10/26; but it did not indicate when the spinach gouda scone was made. CDI - the stirrers were rewashed and restored at a dry-cleaning location.

NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES shall be free of unnecessary ledges; projections; and crevices; and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. - Observed a dry cleaning brush with tape around the handle. Tape is an absorbent material. CDI - The brush was removed from the operation.
