CDI - the pizza sauce date marked. - Observed sausage topping; sliced tomato and spinach prep/unpacked longer than 7 days. CDI - the tomato and spinach were removed from the public service. - Observed whipped cream open and stored longer than 24 hours with no date mark. CDI - the whipped cream discarded. First observation no point at this time
