3-304.12 (A); Core; Because the ice scoop is laying in the ice chest; the handle is coming in contact with the ice. In-use utensils in TCS food; must be stored with handles above the food and top of the food container. CDI- Ice scoop "dug" into the ice so that the handle remains up.
