4-601.11 (A); Priority Foundation; 0 points; Ice chute at the drive-through window has accumulation of pink and green residue. Food-contact surfaces shall be maintained clean. CDI-Manager began cleaning the ice chute during the inspection.

7-204.11; Priority; Quaternary ammonium sanitizer used in the 3 compartment sink was measured at 500ppm. Quat sanitizer shall be maintained at 200-400ppm (see manufacturer directions for specific required concentration). Chlorine sanitizer in cloth sanitizer buckets throughout the kitchen were measured over 200ppm. Chlorine sanitizer shall be maintained at 50-200ppm. CDI-Manager added water to the sanitizer solutions to dilute the sanitizer and bring them to the required concentrations.
