Observed employee drink on top of lowboy unit next to steamer and bun toaster. CDI by relocating employee drink.

CDI by implementing hand mixed solution in three compartment sink.

3-501.17 Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and held more than 24hrs. -Pf Obsevred some container of TCS items such as lettuce; tomatoes; and deli meats and salads were not date marked in preparation unit. During initial inspection EC was not informed of the bulk and daily preparations. items are marked in the bulk container (except individual containers of pasta salads) in the walk in cooler. Recommend placing date on in service containers to better help with tracking.
