Large jugs of chemicals are stored on a shelving adjacent to food prep surfaces and open food at entrance of kitchen. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food; equipment; utensils; linens; and single use items by separating the material by spacing or partitioning and locating the material in an area that is not above food; equipment; utensils; linens; and single use items. Corrected During Inspection - Inspector advised PIC to relocate these items in a location away from food; equipment; etc.
