4-202.11; Priority Foundation; A metal pan on the clean equipment shelf had a visible crack on the side. Multiuse food-contact surfaces shall be smooth; free of breaks; open seams; cracks; chips; inclusions; pits; and similar imperfections. CDI- pan was discarded by PIC. 4-501.11; Core; Gasket on walk-in cooler door is torn at the top. Evaporator pipe in walk-in freezer is leaking and water is accumulating and freezing below. PIC has already placed a work order. Equipment shall be kept in good repair. These items were not noted on previous inspection. No point taken today.

4-601.11 (B) and (C); Core; The tops of some hot holding and refrigeration equipment have dust accumulation. Dust balls were observed on top of the oven. The nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of dust; dirt; food residue and other debris accumulation. Increase cleaning frequency. All other surfaces observed clean. Full point may be taken for repeat violations on future inspection.
