4-601.11(A); Priority Foundation; A food scoop brought from the kitchen as clean was observed with food residue under the scooping arm. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. CDI- scoop was cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Full points may be taken for repeat violations in the future.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.

4-601.11 (A); Priority Foundation; Two food scoops brought to the truck for serving were observed with some minor food residue on them. The food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. CDI- scoops removed for cleaning in the kitchen (kitchen is located on-site). No points taken today.
