4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. (P): Facilities new dish machine has less than 50ppm of chlorine residue after several attempts. Chemical solution does appear to be pulling through the dispenser line correctly. Chlorine sanitizer shall be a minimum of 50ppm of chlorine for low temperature machine. CDI: Diversity contacted during inspection. Facility to use dish machine for the wash and rinse function but will manually sanitize in nearby three-compartment sink until dish machine can be adjusted.

(P) Grab & Go TCS sandwiches with expiration dates of 12/82/2025 on shelf and available to customers. CDI: Sandwiches removed and discarded. All other items are within their 7 day date marking window.
