Noted multiple work orders have been placed for noted unit however; technician have not taken the opportunity to assess and repair noted condenser line. Also noted ice machine has steady leak underneath the front plate cover. EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4 1 and 4-2.
