3-304.14; Core; The quat.ammonia santizer tested at 150ppm; PIC states their acceptable range is 200-400 ppm. Wet wiping cloths were stored on the drainboard of the wash side of the 3 compartment sink. Damp/wet wiping cloths that are not in use shall be stored in sanitizer; quat.ammonia sanitizer shall have a quat.ammonia concentration of 200-400ppm unless otherwise specified. CDI-Cloths were put in dirty linen area; sanitizer was remade to the correct concentration.

CDI- RAID can was voluntarily discarded.

Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at the appropriate concentration (200-400ppm active quat.). Device on 3-compartment sink is dispensing sanitizing solution at a concentration just above 200ppm quat. EHS recommends reaching out to chemical provider to adjust the concentration of dispensed solution.
