3-304.14(B) Core; There wasn't any measurable sanitizer solution in the sanitizer buckets in use along the make line. Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. CDI-Sanitizer solution was remade with 300 ppm quaternary ammonium.
