At the start of the inspection; time was not filled for these items on the dry-erase chart. The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control or cooking completion. CDI- Time stamp was allowed to be added to the chart during the inspection and remainder of product was voluntarily discarded at 10:30a.
