4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed ladle for steak with dried sauce debris. Untensil was washed an dsanitized but the sauce has stained and left debris layer due to thickeness of steak sauce. Manager stated he would try to use wire brush to remove remnants.
