3-501.13 (A); (B); (C ); Priority Foundation; A bag of French fries was thawing on the countertop. Thawing shall be done as part of the cooking process; under refrigeration; with the food completely submerged in water while running water continuously flows. CDI-Bag of fries temped between 34- 38F; but was put in beverage cooler.
