3-501.16 (A) (2) and (B) Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food; Hot and Cold Holding (P) - Noted a container of chili was measuring between 43-44 F in the prep cooler. Further investigation determined the front end prep cooler was overstocked; thus possibly blocking adequate air flow. Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. CDI- Items transferred to tall reach in cooler to cool down.
