Keep these foods separated once removed from the original packaging. Pretzels should fit properly in the pan (not stick out) and shall be stored separately from the uncovered raw meat. Food shall be protected from cross contamination (except when frozen in original commercial packaging) by separating raw animal foods (such as steak) during storage. Today; pretzels were removed from the upright freezer and moved to the 2-door freezer.
