Enclosed components of equipment such as ice machines; beverage dispensing nozzles; and ice bins shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent buildup of soils or residues. Clean the ice bin more frequently.

Single-service items shall be stored in a clean; dry location where they are not exposed to splash; dust or other contamination and at least 6 inches above the floor. Store items on storage racks and shelving.
