3-305.11 Food Storage - Preventing Contamination from the Premises (C); Food bags were being stored inside of a chest freezer with heavy ice buildup on the walls. Food shall be stored in a clean; dry area where it cannot be exposed to potential contamination. EHS recommending defrosting this freezer.
