3-501.16(A)(1); Priority; Chili in the hot holding unit at back of prep line measured 98 - 113F. Maintain TCS foods in hot holding at 135F or above. CDI- temperature of unit was adjusted to higher setting. Chili reached a temperature of at least 165F after adjustment. Chili was less than 4 hours old according to manager.
