The ice machine isn't actively in-use due to repairs needed (PIC placed a note on machine indicating it's out of order); but it is crucial that the ice machine is repaired in full. PIC placed a work order prior to inspection; on 9/12/2024. No progress has been made. Additionally; the walk-in freezer gasket is chipped and torn in multiple areas. PIC put in work order for gasket during inspection. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Repair the ice machine; and replace the walk-in freezer gasket.
