Inspector’s notes

Utensils, temperature measuring, or pressure measuring devices were not kept in good repair and/or calibration. Observed that the refrigerator containing dairy products has a malfunctioning thermometer. While the ambient air thermometer displayed a temperature of 10°F, an IR thermometer measurement showed temperatures exceeding 41°F. A functioning and accurate temperature monitoring device is essential to ensure proper temperature control and compliance with food safety standards.
