Inspector’s notes

The air gap between the water supply and flood level rim of a plumbing fixture (or other equipment) does not meet requirements. Observed the drain lines from the prep sink, and the three compartments sink are directly inserted into the floor drain creating an unapproved direct connection with no required airgap. The exterior and interior of the drain pipes are heavily soiled suspected mold.
