Observed strawberry milk holding at 45°F for under 4 hours per PIC in refrigerator that was not maintaining TCS foods below 41°F. Discussed with PIC moving products to a refrigerator maintaining temperatures below 41°F or discarding products. PIC pulled products and poured milk in utility sink.
