Inspector’s notes
Containers of ready-to-eat TCS food in a serving situation are not cleaned at least every 24 hours. Observed ice scoop that was in ice machine that was not cleaned every 24 hours (facility does not have three compartment sink). PIC said facility would discontinue serving ice as food unless proper cleaning and sanitizing facilities could be provided (if they are added, a senior EHS needs to be contacted for approval).
