After being cleaned, food-contact surfaces and utensils were not sanitized using an effective or approved combination of exposure time, chemical concentration, temperature, and/or pH. The lunchroom tables are not being sanitized after being cleaned. Directed the PIC to ensure that a food-grade sanitizer is used to sanitize the tables after being cleaned.
