A chemical sanitizer was unregistered or improperly used.
Observed no chlorine in rinse of dishwasher. Facility discovered that the chlorine for the machine had run out and they needed to purchase more chlorine. Discussed having chemical bottles visible so that they can be visually monitored. PIC said that facility would utilize three compartment sink until chlorine provided for dishwasher. Three compartment sink had sanitizer of appropriate concentration.
