The floors coverings, walls coverings, or ceilings are not designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Plywood used for bottom shelf of cabinets and soiled with absorbed liquid. Replace or cover with non absorbent smooth easily cleanable surface.

6.4(B)(1) - Facilities: Cleaning: Frequency
The physical facilities are not cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Bottom shelf of cabinets below cappuccino machine soiled and not easily cleanable replace it with smooth easily cleanable surface. Broken door of cabinet below coffee area.

Miscellaneous sources of contamination observed. Observed 3 comp. sink full with boxes and not been used to wash coffee pots. Keep sink clean, make wash rinse sanitize solution to properly wash coffee pots to prevent contamination.
