Plumbing system is not maintained in good repair. PIC stated a mobile handwashing station is utilized when the facility is operating. Water supplied to the two plumbed sinks has been disconnected. Ensure the water is reconnected to the plumbed sinks and utilize one of the sinks as a designated handwashing sink.
